The Las Vegas Raiders fired Josh McDaniels and their general manager in the middle of the season and it has arguably helped the team throughout the last several weeks. However, they come to this game as losers of eight out of their first 13 games of the season. If they won an opportunity to make the postseason they will need to win their remaining four games of the year. It seems highly unlikely at the moment, but they do have an opportunity to get the job done against a struggling Los Angeles Chargers team here on Thursday at home to grab their sixth victory of the season.
