The Los Angeles Chargers will be looking for a crucial victory coming off of their bye week as they look to get things in gear after their slow start of the season. There was talk of Brandon Staley potentially losing his job after the Chargers started off with two consecutive losses, but they turned things around and picked up two consecutive victories before heading into the week. Now they will be looking for their third consecutive victory of the season with a victory over the Dallas Cowboys here on Monday night fresh off of the bye week, but they will still be without one of their top wide receivers in Mike Williams, who was ruled out for the remainder of the season two weeks ago.
