The Los Angeles Chargers have had a rough season and they have already fired their coach, Brandon Staley and their GM and they will look to build up as much momentum as possible heading into the off-season. They had plenty of expectations coming into the year, but they have not lived up to those expectations as they have been a complete disappointment.
