After a mediocre start to the campaign for the Reds, where they were 29-35 and behind several teams in the NL Central division, they have came out of the blue with a stellar eleven game win streak that they do not plan on stopping for anyone. In their last series against the Colorado Rockies inside their home ballpark, they played three tight games, but were able to take all three of them by a combined five runs. The key to the Reds at the moment is their primary relievers showing up in the biggest moments and performing at the best of their abilities. Buck Farmer, Ian Gibaut, and Lucas Sims are just a few that come to mind who have played much better than their career ERA's have shown. On the mound for the Reds tonight will be the 29 year-old right hander, Luke Weaver. He has not pitched well at all this season, but can he get it together against a scorching Braves lineup to give his team a chance to extend their win streak?
